If your child was accepted into Character Builders this year and you received a notice of a meeting this week, it may have been confusing.
Here’s the real deal: The meeting for McKinley Character Builders program is on Wednesday 8/24 (THIS WEDNESDAY) 5-6pm at:
COPLEY-PRICE YMCA community room
4300 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego 92105
PrimeTime will be offering four weeks of free full day (8:30-4) summer programs from June 27-July 22.
PrimeTime this summer will not be on the McKinley campus, but McKinley students are eligible to attend the program at Sherman Elementary. Staff from McKinley’s PrimeTime after school program will be at the summer program at Franklin Elementary. You are welcome to apply to that program, as well.
For more information and to find the enrollment packet (must be filled out and mailed) go to the district’s website: PrimeTime Summer.
The priority application deadline is April 29th.
There are also information sheets at the PrimeTime entrance on Redwood St.
It’s that time of year again! Applications for the PrimeTime Extended Day Program (before and after school care) will be sent home with all students on Monday, March 7. Applications turned in during the initial enrollment period get treated with a higher priority.
You can find the applications online here (2016-2017 apps not available until March 7): PrimeTime App
